A blend of 99% Shiraz and just 1% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the Kalimna Vineyard, Barossa Valley, Modbury Vineyard and Clare Valley.

Quite a tannic, full-bodied style that has raisin, chocolate, liquorice and spice aromas.  On the palate the wine is full-bodied, quite savoury and dry, with an impressively lengthy finish.  Good acidity remains, this is now fully-mature and a more driven style than that typically produced today.  92 points, drink now to 2030 (November 2019).
