A blend of 94% Shiraz and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the Kalimna Vineyard and other sites in the Barossa Valley, with some Padthaway and McLaren Vale fruit too.

Quite powerful still, although likely at its best already, there is plenty of chocolate and mocha, dark berry, blackberry, cassis and liquorice flavours.  Very good length, rich and voluminous, with substantial tannins remaining.  93 points, drink now to 2035 (June 2020).
