A blend of 95% Shiraz and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the Kalimna vineyard and other vineyards in the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale.  

A powerful, full-bodied Grange (even by its own lofty standards) that immediately draws you in, delivering loads of ripe dark berry fruits, mocha, blackberry and liquorice flavours.  These follow through on the palate, which has impressive length and powerful yet refined velvet-like tannins and plenty of bright acidity giving the wine lift and presence.  Absolute classic Grange, drinking at its peak right now.  97 points, drink now to 2045 (September 2025).
