A blend of 51% Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and 49% Coonawarra Shiraz.  Gorgeous aromas of mint, plum, tobacco leaf, dried herbs and olive.  On the palate the wine is extremely refined and detailed, with quite pure berry fruits and ultrafine, silky tannins.  So elegant and appealing, with amazing depth and concentration of flavour.  99 points, drink 2023 to 2058.
