A blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 0.75% Cabernet Franc and 0.25% Petit Verdot, 13.5% alc.

Beautiful aromas of rose petal, red currant and plum.  On the palate there is a delicious graphite/mineral character, with soft, ripe red berry fruits, mulberry and a touch of herbal tobacco.  Fresh acidity, very good complexity, and a long, satisfying finish.  A really beautiful Latour.  96 points, drink 2018 to 2040 (April 2011).
