The historic Pewsey Vale vineyards in South Australia's Eden Valley produce some of the region's most defining riesling.

The Countours is a single-vineyard wine from the label's coolest vineyard, offering yellow apples, elderflower and thanks to this producer-aged museum release - perfectly crafted honeysuckle, orange and ginger spice.

Released to the public after eight years in bottle, but for those addicts of supremely aged Riesling, put it down for longer still and watch it go even further.
