Produced from organic, biodynamic (since 2003) unirrigated vines, the wine spends around 18 months in barrel, roughly 20% of which are new, before being bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur.

Quite fine, delicate, soft and pretty red berry fruits, bright acidity and very fine tannins.  The wine has terrific length of finish, yet remains soft and accessible already.  A beautiful wine.  93 points, drink now to 2040 (October 2023).
