Clos du Caillou's modest 8.5 hectares of old vines produce at least four Chateauneuf-du-Papes each vintage, with the Cuvee 'Les Quartz' a blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Syrah entirely destemmed and aged for 18 months in large old oak foudres and smaller oak vats.
