Riesling is only planted in Tinkers Field at Rippon, own-rooted and multi-clonal, unirrigated, grown organically since planted and biodynamic since 2003.  Around 12g/l residual sugar.

Quite complex, layered, textural style.  Comes across as broad and full-flavoured on the palate in contrast to the most acid-driven, lime and citrus flavour-dominant Riesling styles.  Fermended and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks.  93+ points, drink now to 2030 (October 2023).
