Alvina Pernot, along with her husband Philippe Abadie, produces a range of exceptional, exquisite white Burgundies from fruit grown in her father's 20 hectares of holdings.  Alvina deliberately sought to produce wines of higher tension and vibrancy, beautifully-balancing the deep, intense fruit flavours with the minerality and bright acidity, giving the wines both depth and freshness.
