Comprised of vines averaging 60 years of age across five Vosne-Romanee lieu dits (0.28 hectare in 'Aux Ravioles', 0.23 hectare in 'La Colombiere', 0.1 hectare in 'La Croix Blanche', 0.09 hectare in 'Aux Ormes' and 0.07 hectare in 'Aux Jacquines') covering the northern, central and southern sections of the swathe of villages lieu dits upslope of the RN 74.  The wine spends 18 months in 25% new oak barriques before bottling unfined and unfiltered.

Incredible purity and character, the wine is packed with soft red and dark berry fruits, spice and gentle smoky notes.  Bright and vibrant, with hints of violets and cherry flavours on the finish, the wine has very good length and depth, and gentle fine tannins giving a lovely sense of lingering flavour.  92 points, drink now to 2042.  (June 2026).
