Made from 100% Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir (from the Merricks vineyard), the Garagiste Cuvée de Coeur is an intensely aromatic sparkling bursting with strawberries and red flowers, while two years on lees gives it a rich texture worthy of contemplation rather than quaffing.
