The wines of Domaine Sylvain Cathiard (currently made by third generation winemaker Sebastien Cathiard) are not found in every cellar, but their laser-focused, crystal-clear, velvety house style has earned them a genuinely fanatical cult following.

These highly sought-after wines come from any one of the plots making up the family's 5.5 hectare holdings with their highest production wine (Bourgogne Rouge) filling just around 2,000 bottles annually.
