Florence Cholet's Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge is a meaty Pinot Noir mostly picked from 50-year-old vines just outside Pommard AOC.

The wine is packed with tannin, dark and blue fruits and violets and roses on the nose. It is a wine that offers way more structure than the price would suggest.
