A truly unique wine from Elisabetta Foradori - one of the world's great winemaking pioneers.
This Pinot Grigio comes from the Trentino subregion of Campo Rotaliano where it was grown by local legend Marco Devigili. This is what we call in the biz a "singular" wine. Sure it's Pinot Grigio, sure it's from Italy, sure you've probably had Pinot Grigio from Italy before, but this is a category of its own.
It spends a staggering eight months on skins in clay vessels, giving the wine a deep, textural character while retaining the grape's inherent aromatic freshness.
There are only about 830 cases of this made each year for the whole world, so when you see one, you should grab it.
