By Farr's Shiraz is a highly sought-after cool-climate Shiraz from Geelong's Moorabool Valley, and despite only being labelled as "Shiraz", includes a splash of Viogner to lift the aromatics.

The deep, dark-fruited wine is offset by a balanced acidity and a peppery nose characteristic of the grape.

This Shiraz sits closer to what you might expect in France's Rhône Valley than South Australia's Barossa Valley and drinks beautifully now, but would benefit from some growing earthiness that comes with bottle age.
