Hurley's Garamond Pinot Noir is the label's flagship wine. It comes from the estate's coolest plot and produces a wine of finesse, perfumed elegance and complexity.

This wine will age beautifully, but if you don't have the patience, this is incredible straight out of the bottle.

A little Hurley trivia for you font fans out there: this wine is named after Claude Garamond who in the 16th century made the elegant font we all know and love. Clearly the team at Hurley love it as well, since they put it on their labels!

For the grape nerds, this plot is exclusively MV6 - cuttings from the "mothervine" that were brought to Australia by James Busby in the 19th century.

The vines were planted by husband-and-wife team Kevin Bell and Tricia Byrnes in 1998 and the first vintage was released in 2001. Over the new few decades, the duo have built a stable of wines that are highly sought after from three plots spanning just 3.4 hectares.
