Mooorooduc Estate take a small batch of their excellent Pinot Gris crop and let it ferment on skins for about two weeks to bring out some beautiful phenolics and structure.

Is it a light red wine? Is it a rosé? An orange wine? Who knows. Skin contact Pinot Gris is not easy to categorise, but it is easy to drink and enjoy!
