The wines of Domaine Sylvain Cathiard (currently made by third generation winemaker Sebastien Cathiard) are not everyday drops found in every cellar, but their laser-focused, crystal-clear, velvety house style has earned them a genuinely fanatical cult following.

Les Dames Huguette is a single, 1.45 hectare vineyard with vines aged between 35 and 55 years old just up the hill from Nuits-Saint-Georges.

The grapes from this vineyard produce wines of excellent acidity. There is a little darker fruit on the palate and the structure is a little more prominent, giving this wine a little more bones to age on.
