Enter Domaine Christian Moreau who is the worst years still manages to produce something remarkable, but in years like this manages to define what drives people's love of Chablis.

Minerally, flinty and crisp. These are the characteristics often cited by Chablis fans, but there is a subtle bed of stone fruit and white flowers that separates this region from others.

Each year these wines are extremely limited, and this year is no different. They won't last long!
