When Dhillon wines are in stock, you best be reaching for them. The Dhillon label is Michael Dhillon of Bindi fame's purchased-fruit label. While he doesn't do the farming, he is sourcing some high quality grapes from excellent growers and the wines represent spectacular value.

This is a classic Macedon Ranges Chardonnay with cool-climate acidity and crisp minerality. The citrus sits almost in the mandarin end of the spectrum and there is a beautiful touch of oak to round it all off.
