Enter the Dhillon Riesling - a textural, barrel-fermented Riesling from the Glenhope vineyard in the Macedon Ranges.

This is a dry Riesling with dense aromatics and a spicy undercurrent. It is textural on the palate and complex beyond its years (and price tag for that matter) on the nose.
