Kathleen Quealy is a genuine pioneering force in the Australian wine industry.

As founder of the long-since-sold T'Gallant winery, she and her husband Ken were champions of Pinot Gris, bringing the first vines to Australia and establishing them on the Mornington Peninsula.

Fast forward to now and Pinot Gris is synonymous with Peninsula white wine. You're not a real winery down here if you don't have some planted!

The Quealy label produces many wines, but it is any one of the Pinot Gris or Grigios that makes the label special. The Tussie Mussie vineyard is found near the Peninsula village of Merricks where the iron-rich volcanic soils produce a dense, luscious bouquet of stone fruit and ginger.
