A confident Blanc de Noirs where the Pinot Noir really shines. Ripe pear, red berries and blood orange sit alongside white flowers, toasted almond and a touch of brioche. The palate is generous and beautifully textured, with fine bubbles, bright acidity and a lovely chalky, saline grip. Concentrated without feeling heavy, it has plenty of energy and a structured, savoury finish.
