Vouette et Sorbee are located in the Cotes des Bar, a chalky subregion in the southern reaches of Champagne known for producing some of the region's best Chardonnay grapes. It is this exceptional quality of fruit that means winemaker and custodian Bertrand Gautherot can let nature take its course with a minimal intervention approach.
