A beautiful Chardonnay from the Côte d’Or in Burgundy (the top half of the region, broadly speaking). Taken from fruit within the communes (but technically outside of the appellations) of Puligny and Meursault, this wne offers a textural elegance and powerful minerality.

Florence Cholet herself took over the family business (then named Christian Cholet after her father) and released the first vintage under her name in 2019. In the Domaine's short life she has quickly gained a reputation as a producer to watch.
